FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does production take?
All gowns are made to order and currently take approximately 60–70 days for production before shipping.
Custom couture gowns and heavily modified designs may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design.
Are your dresses custom made?
Yes! Every gown is made specifically for each bride after purchase rather than pulled from existing inventory. This allows us to offer luxury-inspired bridal designs at a more attainable price point.
Can I customize my gown?
We offer select customization options depending on the gown design, including:
✨ Sleeve additions
✨ Neckline adjustments
✨ Train modifications
✨ Added sparkle/beading
✨ Color adjustments
✨ Sizing customization
Some extensive design changes may require a Custom Couture order.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes! We strongly encourage brides to submit measurements to help minimize alteration costs and achieve the best fit possible.
Are dresses refundable?
Because all gowns are made to order, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Can I return my dress if it doesn’t fit?
As each gown is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns based on sizing or fit. We recommend having measurements professionally taken before placing your order.
How does payment work?
Custom and made-to-order gowns may require a deposit to begin production. Remaining balances must be paid before the gown ships.
Will my dress look exactly like the photos?
We strive to ensure every gown closely matches the inspiration photos and product images. However, slight variations in lace placement, beading, appliqué positioning, and fabric tone may occur due to the handmade nature of bridal production.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush production may be available on select gowns for an additional fee. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and timelines.
When should I order my dress?
We recommend ordering your gown at least 4–6 months before your wedding date to allow time for production, shipping, and alterations.
